A good little western story. Riding for the Brand, Living for the Code. If you know what that means, then you will know the general outline of the book. The author (who has written some pretty good Jack Cordell western stories) will fill in the details wrapped around this outline. A quick, easy, smooth read, clean story, action but not offensive. Have read several of the authors books and will continue to pick up his westerns, They are good entertainment and can be read in an evening. Good B Western stuff.Product details

This was a good book but quite a bit different from most westerns. It was a good example of the meaning "riding for the brand".
